Russ Zilles

Russ Zilles has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Russ is currently the Principal / Founder of ECLIPSE Business Advisors, where they focus on improving business performance through operational planning and technology integration. Russ also serves as the VP Strategic Services at Waterfield Tech, where they provide strategic leadership across various operational channels. Prior to this, they were the VP Testing Solutions at IR and played a key role in business leadership and vendor relationships. Russ was also the CEO, Board of Directors, and Founding Member of IQ Services, where they developed software and hardware for verifying communication technology. Russ has had prior experiences in management, software development, and consulting positions at NCR, AT&T, Norstan Communications, and Watson Wyatt Worldwide.

Russ Zilles has a diverse education history. Russ studied Business & Management Information Systems at Metro State University and received Certifications from the University of Minnesota. Russ also completed a program at EOS Worldwide to become a Professional EOS Implementer. Additionally, Russ attended the Control Data Institute of Technology for Computer Electronics and obtained Certifications from NCR Corporation. Russ furthered their education by becoming an Accredited Integration Specialist through HP Software Education Services, specializing in HP LoadRunner Certification. Russ has also obtained additional certifications as a Cyara Certified Expert from Cyara and as a Sr. Tax Analyst from H&R Block.
