Usha Gunasegaran

Usha Gunasegaran is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Lead in HR Operations at Otis Elevator Co. since April 2022. Prior to this role, Usha held several key positions, including Head of Human Resources at LGMPC and Great Service Sdn Bhd, as well as Head of Human Resources Malaysia at Landmark Group. Usha's extensive background also includes a significant tenure at Tesco Stores (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, where responsibilities spanned from Industrial and Employee Relations Manager to Regional Human Resources Business Partner. Usha possesses an MBA in Human Resources Management from Asia e University and a BBA in Human Resources Management from Wawasan Open University.
