Sarit Eyal

Sarit Eyal has a strong background in HR and talent acquisition. Sarit is currently working as the Head of HR at SpeedSize, where they focus on optimizing media files and improving website performance. Prior to this, they served as the Director of HR at Mayple, a job platform for online businesses and marketers. Sarit also held the position of Head of People at yellowHEAD, where they were responsible for managing the HR function. Sarit has experience in global talent acquisition and HR business partnering from their roles at Voyager Labs and Telefónica. At Voyager Labs, they served as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager & HR Expert, leading the talent acquisition strategy and recruitment process across multiple locations. At Telefónica, they held the positions of Senior Global Talent Acquisition & HRBP, where they developed and implemented talent acquisition strategies and worked on workforce planning. Sarit started their career as a Human Resources Recruiter at Jajah and later worked as a Recruiter at Top Pick.

Sarit Eyal has a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Sarit further pursued their education and completed an M.S.c in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University between 2009 and 2011.
