Hannah Lowes

Hannah Lowes has a diverse work experience in the field of research. Hannah is currently working as a Research Scientist at SpeeDx Pty Ltd since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Scientist at QuantuMDx Group Limited from December 2020 to May 2021. Hannah also has experience as a Senior Scientist at NHS, where they played a key role in COVID-19 assay trials from September 2020 to December 2020. Hannah has expertise in RNA extraction and whole transcriptomics from their role as a Research Associate at the Institute of Neuroscience, Newcastle University, where they focused on developing biomarkers for Parkinson's disease. Additionally, they have worked as a Research Assistant at Newcastle University.

Hannah Lowes completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from the University of Leeds, from the years 2012 to 2015. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Human/Medical Genetics and Neuroscience at Newcastle University, from 2015 to 2018.
