Dorka Nagy-Jozsa PCC is the Founder and CEO of Y2Y, leading organizational, leadership, and process development programs for Generation Y and Z since May 2016. In addition to this role, Dorka serves as Team Leader for WorldSkills International and holds multiple positions as an Executive Coach with several organizations, including Speexx, Sharpist, CoachHub, and SEED School for Executive Education and Development. Dorka has a significant background in supply chain management from Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where responsibilities included managing teams, optimizing production planning, and leading SAP SCM implementation projects. Education includes a Master of Science in Logistics from Corvinus University of Budapest, alongside numerous certifications in coaching methodologies and leadership from various institutions, with ongoing studies at prominent universities such as the University of Chicago and the University of Michigan.
