Annie Loake

Global Head of Support at Spektrix

Annie Loake has a diverse work experience in the arts and technology industries. Annie started their career at NST, Nuffield Southampton Theatres, where they worked as a Box Office Assistant from October 2012 to January 2014, and later as a Box Office Manager from January 2014 to April 2015. In these roles, Annie managed and motivated a large team, conducted data analysis, and delivered ticketing system training for new staff.

Annie then moved on to Spektrix, where they held various roles. From April 2015 to March 2017, they worked as a Support & Training Consultant, providing training, consultancy, and support to arts organizations across the UK, Ireland, and North America. Annie also actively worked with clients to ensure they maximized the software's potential and achieved their organizational goals.

From March 2017 to April 2019, Annie served as a Support Team Manager, where they managed a team of consultants and acted as an escalation point for client queries. Annie also collaborated on strategic projects with high-profile clients.

Annie then took on the role of Team Manager Lead from April 2019 to March 2021, where they coached, mentored, and managed the Support Team Managers and Specialists. Annie worked closely with senior stakeholders and successfully transitioned a large team to remote working without compromising client support standards.

In March 2021, Annie became a Senior Client Operations Manager at Spektrix, responsible for overseeing client operations. Annie held this position until March 2022.

Following their time at Spektrix, Annie joined Ops Stories in April 2021 as a Member.

Most recently, Annie has taken up the role of Global Head of Support at Spektrix in January 2023. In this role, they lead the support team on a global level.

Annie Loake attended the University of Portsmouth from 2009 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film & Television Studies and Production.
