Mindy Prefling

Mindy Prefling currently serves as Associate Director of Key & Strategic Accounts at Spencer Ogden, overseeing the strategic direction and growth of the renewable energy permanent hire division in the Western region, managing an annual budget of $3.75MM. Previously, Mindy held roles at 24 Seven Inc. as Senior Manager of Renewable Energy and Senior Account Manager, where responsibilities included launching and managing the Temporary Administrative Division. Mindy’s career began at Atrium Staffing as Staffing Manager in the Temporary Administrative Division, followed by a position as Account Executive at Yelp.com, and as Fashion Recruiter at Staffing by Hall. Mindy holds a B.A. in Business Economics and Spanish from UC Santa Barbara.
