Joy Davis

Joy Davis has over two decades of experience in staffing and consulting, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Business Services at Spencer Reed Group since January 1996, where services include direct hire staffing in Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Administrative, Accounting, Medical, Legal, Insurance, and Management. Previously, Joy held the position of Professional Recruiter at Personnel Connection/Spencer Reed Group LLC from 1994 to 2011. Joy retired in early 2021. Joy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ball State University, completed at the Miller College of Business between 1970 and 1974.
