Gregory A. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gregory'smost recent position is as a Project Lead at Spenda, where they are responsible for offering smart software applications, flexible payment and lending solutions, and integration services to businesses. At Quest solutions, they were responsible for designing and implementing a new website and IT infrastructure and developing training packages.

Earlier in their career, Gregory worked in customer service roles at AussieHQ Pty Ltd and Barclays Bank. Gregory also provided IT support at Richards Bay Minerals, where they maintained hardware within a large network.

In addition, Gregory completed an internship at InTACT, where they created business continuity and disaster recovery plans for ACT government departments. Throughout their career, Gregory has shown proficiency in project coordination, business analysis, IT infrastructure management, and customer service.

Gregory A. completed their Bachelor of Business Informatics degree in Information Technology at the University of Canberra from 2006 to 2009. In 2011, they pursued a Certificate IV in Training and Assessments (TAE40110) at Quest Solutions. Additionally, in the same year, they obtained a White Card at Quest Solutions.

Furthermore, Gregory A. has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2013, they obtained an ITIL® Foundation certification from PEOPLECERT. In 2014, they acquired a Prince2 Foundations certification from DDLS. Subsequently, in 2015, they earned an ITIL® Intermediate: Release, Control and Validation certification from PEOPLECERT. In 2016, they obtained a PRINCE2® Practitioner Certificate from PEOPLECERT. Lastly, in 2019, Gregory A. achieved a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, and in 2020, they obtained a Service Integration and Management Foundations certification from EXIN.
