Jean-Sébastien Ghis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as VP of Customer Experience at SpendHQ since May 2021, Jean-Sébastien leads a global team focused on enhancing customer experiences across all product lines. Previously, Jean-Sébastien held key positions at UpClear, where as Customer Success Director, leadership was provided to ensure the successful deployment of Enterprise Software-as-a-Service solutions for consumer goods companies. A history of progressive roles at Blédina, Danone, HP Foods Ltd, and Colgate Palmolive reflects a strong foundation in transforming customer service to customer success orientations and managing significant projects in finance and operations.
