Todd Alesio

Todd is the Vice President of Operations for Sperry. Todd provides leadership in developing and executing Sperry's Global People and Training strategies. Drawing upon 20 years of HR experience for numerous multinational industrial technology companies, he is responsible for building strong, scalable solutions that drive the firm's human resource practices on a worldwide scale. Todd has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and multiple certificates from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
