Doug Naal

Doug Naal has over 30 years of experience in the field of data management. From 1990 to 2012, they worked at Kraft Foods Global Brands LLC in various roles, including GS1 Standards Manager, RFID Project Manager, and eBusiness Program Manager. In 2012, they moved to Kraft Foods Group as US Global Data Sync (GDS) Manager, where they were responsible for Kraft's US GDS program and enhanced GDS functionality by designing/implementing automatic feed of nutritional spec information. In 2015, they became Senior Manager of North American Global Data Sync (GDS) at The Kraft Heinz Company, where they were part of the Data Management Organization (DMO) and was responsible for training and managing a team of analysts to support GDS in the US and Canada. In 2018, they joined Donlen as Vendor Management Specialist, where they were part of the vendor management team responsible for over 100K vendors performing vehicle service work on Donlen fleets of cars and trucks. In 2019, they moved to Discover Financial Services as Sr Vendor Onboarding Facilitator, where they were part of the team responsible for facilitating the efficient onboarding of suppliers across all business groups. Doug is currently employed at Spiceology as Sr Product Data Analyst.

Doug Naal earned a BS in Managerial Economics from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Roosevelt University.
