Eréndira Dao

Eréndira Dao has a diverse work experience ranging from working as a Principal UX Researcher at Spiff Inc to being a Bilingual Art Therapist and Case Planner at Good Shepherd Services. Eréndira has also held positions such as a User Experience Researcher and Subject-Matter Expert at Casebook PBC, a User Experience Researcher and Designer at Bitae Technologies, a Bilingual Case Manager at Aguila Inc, a Bilingual Case Manager at Hamilton Family Center, a Bilingual Case Worker at Heartland Alliance, and a Child Care Worker at Lutheran Child and Family Services of Illinois. Their roles have involved conducting research, providing counseling and therapy, facilitating workshops, and offering advocacy and referrals.

Eréndira Dao has a Certificate in User Experience Design from General Assembly.
