Will Allen-Mersh is currently the head of Brand & Marketing at Spill. Prior to this, they worked as a brand strategist at MullenLowe London, where they worked on the Persil (Dirt is Good) account. Will has also worked as a freelance planner at adam&eveDDB and as a freelance brand strategist at Passionbrand, where they have worked with clients such as Johnson&Johnson, Avon, and ITV. Will began their career at Passionbrand as an analyst, working with clients such as Tesco, Smith & Nephew, and Clydesdale & Yorkshire Bank.

Will Allen-Mersh's educational career includes completing a professional diploma in account planning boot camp from Miami Ad School (M.AD School). Will also has a master of science in marketing from University of Bath and a bachelor of arts in economics & management from University of Oxford.

They work with Matt King - Head of Engineering, Jack Beldon - Head of Sales & Customer Success, and Maria Boghiu - Head of Product. Will Allen-Mersh reports to Calvin Benton, Founder.
