Anthony D. Mullins serves as the Manager of eDiscovery & Practice Technology at Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC since September 2015, overseeing the firm's litigation support and e-Discovery systems. Additionally, Mullins operates as a Senior Consultant at Next Consultants, providing expertise in eDiscovery, Legal Practice Technology, and Cybersecurity to various businesses. Prior experience includes roles as an Instructor & Lecturer for The Organization of Legal Professionals, where course design focused on Litigation Support Project Management, as well as managing litigation support projects at Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial and Dorsey & Whitney LLP. Beginning a career in 1998 as a Law Clerk at Buckman Farris & Rakes, Mullins holds a JD from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and a BA in Chemistry from Marshall University.
