Jo Neale

Jo Neale is an experienced professional in fundraising and project development, currently serving as the Head of Investments & Partnerships at the Spinal Injuries Association since July 2018. Jo specializes in collaborating with trusts, philanthropists, and corporate social responsibility teams to empower the spinal cord injury community through meaningful projects, including partnerships with the Motability Foundation and the National Lottery Community Fund. Previous roles include Project Development Manager and Trusts Coordinator at Spinal Injuries Association, where Jo focused on building projects informed by lived experience and managing relationships with trust funders. Jo's extensive background in the nonprofit sector includes positions at The Pepper Foundation, Action4Youth, Rennie Grove Hospice Care, and Iain Rennie Hospice at Home, demonstrating a commitment to supporting vulnerable populations through strategic fundraising and community engagement initiatives. Jo holds a BA Hons in English from Leeds Beckett University.
