In 2021, Afshan joined Urban Company as a business development intern from February to March.

Later in 2021, they became a Human Resources Executive at Boston Institute of Analytics, an international organization that provides training in predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Their role involved conducting classroom training and expanding their programs to India.

Currently, Afshan is working at Spinnaker Analytics, starting from December 2021 as a Human Resources Intern. In March 2022, they transitioned to the role of Strategic Human Resource Executive.
