Armando R. Pazos

Armando R. Pazos is currently the President and Managing Director at Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc. Prior to this role, Armando held various executive positions at Ingersoll Rand, including Vice President of Global Sales and Vice President of HVAC Parts Direct/Distribution Channels - North America. Armando also has experience as Corporate Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives, overseeing the development of global processes for top-line margin expansion. Armando has a Master's in Business Administration and a Master's in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami, as well as a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana (VE).
