Lois Crandell

Lois Crandell is currently the Vice President Operations at Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, where Lois leads the manufacturing, sourcing, and engineering operations for the Electric Thermal Solutions (ETS) Business Unit. Prior to their current role, Lois worked at GE Appliances for several years, holding various leadership positions including President of Roper Corporation and Plant Leader at the Injection Molding Center of Excellence. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Alfred University, Lois has a strong background in operations, leadership, and strategic planning across multiple industries such as aviation and appliances.
