Doug Keare

Doug Keare is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Spire Health. Doug has previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at ViewRay Incorporated from April 2015 to July 2018. At ViewRay, Doug led Operations groups to develop and deploy MRI-guided radiotherapy systems to leading healthcare institutions around the world. Prior to ViewRay, Doug was the General Manager of Rapid Test at Nirmidas Biotech, Inc. from April 2014 to January 2021. At Nirmidas, Doug deployed high quality Rapid Tests for Covid-19 using lateral flow assay to detect IGg and IGm through 15 minute blood tests. Doug rapidly expanded production capacity, distribution, and partnerships to support the dire need for testing in military, healthcare, laboratories and industry.

Before Nirmidas, Doug co-founded RallyOn, Inc. in October 2008 and served as the Chief Executive Officer until December 2013. RallyOn is a pioneer in the emerging field of corporate health and wellness engagement. Doug founded RallyOn to bring the power of social gaming to corporate wellness. RallyOn's service enables companies to create fun and flexible programs to engage employees in improving their health and well-being. RallyOn's health competitions and challenges increase motivation for employees, and add entertainment and fun to companies' health improvement efforts.

While at RallyOn, Doug led development of RallyOn's platform, fundraising, sales, strategy and operations as they created the company and deployed their solution to thought-leading companies around the country. Customers included a cross-section of industries and sizes up to Fortune 500 leaders.

Doug Keare has an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Doug Keare reports to Chris Raanes, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Phil Golz - VP of Commercial, Mark Holt - Director of Bio-Data Science, and Richard Murray - Chief Medical Officer.
