Christopher Gagliano

Christopher Gagliano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and communications. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at Spire since October 1989, Gagliano has held multiple roles including Managing Director and Director of Strategic Customer Communications. Prior to Spire, Gagliano worked at Alagasco from October 1989 to March 2017, where responsibilities included Director of Customer Experience and various marketing and communication leadership positions. Gagliano's education includes a Master of Arts in Public/Private Management from Birmingham Southern College and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The University of Alabama.
