Emily Lopez

Emily Lopez started their work experience at ConocoPhillips in 2010 as a Compensation Advisor, overseeing the U.S. salary program. Emily then progressed to roles such as HR Director for the Lower 48, HR Director for Corporate Finance, Head of International Compensation and Benefits, and Head of Global Leadership Development. In their most recent role, before joining Spirit AeroSystems in 2021 as Senior Director of Global HR Business Partners and Global Talent Management, Emily served as the Global Head of Talent Strategy and Development at ConocoPhillips, leading various strategic initiatives such as talent management, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development. Emily also played a crucial role in integrating talent from an acquired company and designing new processes and strategies.

Emily Lopez has a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University. Emily also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the same university.
