Melanie Tindale has extensive work experience in finance and operations. Melanie held the role of Head of Operations - Finance Shared Services at Greene King starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of International Finance Operations at AmTrust International from 2018 to 2023, leading teams across multiple international locations. Melanie also served as a Special Projects Senior Manager at Grant Thornton UK LLP, providing support for finance teams in various corporate settings. Earlier in their career, they gained experience in financial control and management at organizations like W/R/B Underwriting, AUA Insolvency Risk Services, Mencap, Peterborough City Council, and Norwich and Peterborough Building Society. Throughout their career, Melanie has demonstrated a strong focus on process improvement, system development, and ensuring financial controls in complex organizational settings.

Melanie Tindale attended Stamford High School from 1984 to 1994 and then pursued further education at New College Stamford from 1994 to 1996. Melanie obtained their Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants certification in March 2007 and became a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2012. Additionally, they achieved their Associate of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management certification in 2010.
