Rodrigo Bykowski

Rodrigo Bykowski has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and administration. Rodrigo is currently working as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SPL since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Western Midstream from March 2020 to September 2022.

Before joining Western Midstream, Rodrigo worked at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, where they served as an HR Manager from August 2018 to March 2020. Rodrigo also held various roles at Anadarko, including Global Mobility Advisor from June 2016 to July 2018 and Global Mobility Manager from September 2015 to May 2016. Additionally, they served as the Manager of HR, Administration & Facilities from July 2008 to December 2015.

Rodrigo also has experience working in other industries. Rodrigo worked as an HR Subcommittee Coordinator at IBP from January 2010 to January 2013. Rodrigo was also the Manager of Administration, Finance and HR at Thompson & Knight LLP from April 2005 to June 2008. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Finance and Administration at Wilson Sons Logística from July 2001 to March 2005 and at WS Engineering from April 1998 to June 2001. Earlier in their career, they served as the Finance and Administration Coordinator at WS Engineering from February 1995 to February 1998.

Rodrigo Bykowski holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, which they completed from 1990 to 1994. Rodrigo further pursued an MBA in Finance at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul from 1995 to 1996. In 1999 to 2000, they obtained a specialization in Business Administration and Management from the same university. Rodrigo also completed an MBA In Company in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Visagio in 2003 to 2004. Additionally, they enrolled in the Advanced Management Program (APG) offered by Amana-Key in 2011. Rodrigo has obtained certifications such as "10 Mistakes Leaders Should Avoid" and "Be the Manager People Won't Leave" from LinkedIn in 2022, as well as "Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership" in 2019.
