David Kim

David Kim has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of HR and people strategy. David is currently the Chief People Officer at Splash Financial, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Nike from 2019 to 2022, serving as the Vice President & Head of Global HR Strategy, Transformation, Employee Experience and Delivery. Before joining Nike, David spent four years at Uber, where they held multiple roles, including Global Head of People Strategy, Planning and Analytics, Global Head of People Strategy and Planning, and People Strategic Initiatives & Global Recruiting Operations Leader. Their career started at Deloitte Consulting in 2006, where they held various positions, including Senior Manager, Manager, Sr. Consultant, and Consultant.

David Kim has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development from UC San Diego. David also holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy. No specific start or end years are provided for either qualification.
