Anika Larkin

Anika Larkin began their career in 2010 as Catering Manager at Royal Botanical Gardens, where they were responsible for staffing, training, scheduling, monies, and day to day operations of two full service restaurants and one offsite cafe. In 2014, they joined Splitsville Entertainment as Food & Beverage Manager, where they created lasting memories through fun and entertainment, as well as exceptional food and drink options. In 2017, they sought employment in the hospitality field.

Anika Larkin obtained their Bachelor's degree in Religion/Religious Studies from the University of Prince Edward Island between 1994 and 1998.
