JD Sipes

JD Sipes has seven years of work experience. JD began their career in 2000 as a Technical Support Representative at Finali Corp (later purchased by Convergys). In 2004, they joined Avaya Inc as a Software Development Engineer II, where they were responsible for the entire software development lifecycle for nine unique installers and their assistant programs. JD then moved to Consulting and Contracting in 2007 as a Developer. In 2012, they became a QA Engineer at Blip Networks (Acquired by Maker Studios). In 2013, they were promoted to Senior Technical Product Manager and Software QA Engineer at Maker Studios Inc (Acquired by The Walt Disney Company). In 2016, they joined Disney Consumer Products and Interactive as a Senior Technical Product Manager. Finally, in 2018, they became VP of Engineering and Technical Product Manager (Contract) at SpokenLayer.

JD Sipes attended the University of Colorado Denver from 1997 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering.
