Tom Clift

Tom Clift is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event management, strategic planning, and operational leadership across various sectors, particularly in sports and physical activity. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Russell Partnership Collection and as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Sport Birmingham, Tom has a proven track record of delivering impactful results for organizations. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at The Key Safe Company, Events and Projects Director at Associate Events Limited, and Head of Commonwealth Games Project Delivery at the University of Birmingham, where Tom managed significant logistical and operational commitments for the Birmingham 2022 Games. With a degree in Leisure Management from Coventry University, Tom has also held positions that showcase expertise in stakeholder engagement and project delivery, notably during the London 2012 Olympics while working at Coventry City Council.
