Kelly Sotherton MBE is a highly accomplished and respected individual in the sports industry. Kelly currently holds various positions such as Coach Development Manager at Sport England, Athletics Coach, Non Executive Director at British Weight Lifting, and Founder of the British Athletics Athletes commission. With a strong background in sports education, including a MSC in Sports Directorship, Kelly has also been involved in creating solutions for gender equity in World Athletics and has served on various boards such as Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd and Warwickshire County Cricket Club.
