Kristen Natale

Kristen Natale has a diverse work experience in the field of volunteering and business development. Kristen worked at Sport England as the Head of Volunteering, managing investment into various projects aimed at recruiting and retaining diverse volunteers. In this role, they also led the Management of National Evaluation program and developed resources and events to share learning and good practice. Kristen is currently managing the Volunteering Scaling Program and supporting the development of the organization's future strategy. Prior to this, they were the Volunteering Development Manager at NCVO, where they led the organization's strategy to enhance the quality of volunteering in England. Kristen also provided support to over 11,000 members and managed both core business and externally commissioned projects. Before that, Kristen worked as a Business Development Manager at Age UK West Cumbria, where they had lead responsibilities for various areas, including volunteering, business development, special projects, and quality accreditation. Kristen worked on complex county-wide projects and collaborated with senior level colleagues across health and social care in Cumbria.

Kristen Natale attended Durham University from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a BA Honours degree in History.
