Emmanuel Rivera

Emmanuel Rivera began their career at John Deere in 2004, holding various roles including Product Development Engineer, Supply Management Specialist, Manufacturing Engineer, and Operations Supervisor. Emmanuel then progressed to become a General Supervisor and Manager of Employee Resource Groups. In 2018, they served as a Corporate HR Representative before leaving in 2019. In 2020, Emmanuel joined Medtronic as an Operations Program Manager, eventually transitioning to the positions of Senior Manufacturing Manager and Value Stream Manager. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Operations at Sportech Inc.

Emmanuel Rivera has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Emmanuel also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Northern Iowa. In 2018, Emmanuel received the Professional Role Model of the Year certification from the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers and the Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional certification. Emmanuel also completed the Leadership Development Certificate Program at the University of Northern Iowa. Additionally, Emmanuel has a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from John Deere.
