Hayden Janney

Hayden Janney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and customer service. Currently serving as National Account Director at Spot Freight since September 2017, Hayden has led a team that earned the 2023 Account Management Team of the Year award and the 2022 Broker of the Year distinction, while managing over $250M in transportation spend and revitalizing dormant accounts into top-tier customers. Prior to Spot Freight, Hayden held roles at Enterprise Holdings where accomplishments included improving customer service scores, as well as producing videos for the University of Indianapolis Athletic department. Hayden holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Marketing from the University of Indianapolis.
