Grant Hoxworth

Grant Hoxworth has extensive work experience in the digital advertising and media industry. Grant is currently serving as the SVP of Monetization at OpenWeb, a position they assumed in January 2023. Prior to this, Grant worked as the VP of Strategy at Hive Media Group starting from September 2020.

From 2019 to 2020, Grant worked at Freestar, where they held multiple positions including Senior Director of Yield, Director of Yield, and Director of Yield, Team Lead. Before that, they were the Director of Revenue Operation at Novelty Media from January 2018 to June 2019. At Novelty Media, Grant managed ad layout and revenue performance, hired and trained the Revenue Team, and was responsible for billing and revenue direction.

Grant also has experience working at Proper Media, LLC as a Senior Yield Manager from September 2017 to January 2018, and at OpenX as a Senior Yield Manager and Yield Analyst from March 2016 to August 2017.

Before entering the digital advertising industry, Grant worked as an Intramural Referee at Loyola University Chicago and as an Analytics Intern at Perfect Market in 2013. Grant also served as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual in 2012 and interned at Studley in 2011.
