We are currently recruiting for a Used Cars Buyer to join our Sourcing Team based in Bucharest.

The Used Cars Buyer is responsible for forecasting and buying the right mix of cars in order to supply our inventory, so as to achieve our business goals. The role demands extensive negotiation with suppliers to secure competitive prices. The ideal candidate has exceptional analytical, negotiation and forecasting skills, as well as great attention to detail and business acumen.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

  • Effectively manage purchasing territories to maximize unit count and gross profit
  • Build sourcing networks, maintain and further enhance supplier relationships
  • Monitor customer preferences and forecast consumer trends to create an all-star fleet of cars
  • Monitor stock levels, manage Inventory budget efficiently and authorize car purchases accordingly
  • Create and update a preferred suppliers’ list based on prices, quality etc.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements to achieve company targets
  • Provide customers with an optimal car selling experience, by providing a high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service
  • Ensure the timely delivery of cars and compliance with the contracts of purchase
  • Create reports on sales, budgets and customer satisfaction and adjust to strategies accordingly
  • Attend events, fairs and exhibitions to remain up-to-date with the market’s trends
