Alan Deitch

Alan Deitch has over 17 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Alan started their career in 2003 as a System Administrator at Xerimis. In 2005, they moved to AAOMS where they were the System Administrator and main point of contact for technical issues for the Board of Directors. In 2011, they joined Groupon as a Software Developer and worked their way up to Director, Software Engineering, overseeing four globally focused teams. In 2014, they took on a part-time role as an Instructor at Girl Develop It. In 2019, they joined SpotHero as the Director of Engineering, executing against corporate strategies and projects, and later became the Senior Director of Engineering. Alan also joined keepwith as an Advisory Board Member in 2019.

Alan Deitch has an extensive education history. Alan obtained a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Ithaca College between 1999 and 2003. Alan then went on to earn an M.Sc. in Computer Information Systems from Northwestern University between 2007 and 2009.
