Nigel Goodwin has extensive work experience in customer success and operations roles. Nigel Goodwin attended The University of Sheffield from 1996 to 1999 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, Nigel obtained the "Command of the Message" and "Command of the Sale" certifications from Force Management in January 2020. Nigel also obtained the "Influencing Others" and "Persuading Others" certifications from LinkedIn in October 2017.
