Bryan Cook

Bryan Cook is a Sr. Director and Assistant General Counsel at SP+, with a background in handling commercial contracts, resolving disputes, and assessing risks. Previously, Bryan worked as an Associate Attorney at Lawrence & Morris, conducting real estate closings, negotiating settlements, and advocating for clients in legal proceedings. Bryan has also held positions as a Law Clerk at various organizations, where Bryan gained experience in legal research, drafting documents, and collaborating with attorneys on a variety of cases. Bryan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Southern Illinois University - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from Indiana University Bloomington.
