Steve Bruner

Steve Bruner has extensive experience in risk management. Steve served as the Senior Vice President of Risk Management for SP Plus Corporation from 2014 onwards. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Risk Management at KONE from 2006 to 2014, where they led the integration of risk management into customer-facing operations and implemented cost allocation strategies. From 2002 to 2006, they served as the Director of Risk Management at Maytag Corporation, where they managed a $40 million budget and established a performance-based cost of risk allocation program. Before that, they were the Manager of Risk Management at Wickes Inc. from 2000 to 2002, overseeing all insurance coverages and safety programs. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant at Aon from 1998 to 2000, where they developed risk management products for Fortune 500 clients. Steve began their career as an Assistant Risk Manager at Stone Container Corporation from 1993 to 1998, where they directed the casualty insurance program and implemented a risk management information system.

Steve Bruner has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Iowa. Steve also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the same university.
