Tonya Barrett

Tonya Barrett has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on market access, health economics, and reimbursement. Tonya is currently serving as the Director of Market Access at SPR Therapeutics, Inc. Since joining in 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of Health Economics and Market Access at Boston Scientific from September 2018 to January 2020. From July 2017 to September 2018, Tonya served as the Manager of Health Policy at MiMedx. Tonya also worked as a Reimbursement Consultant independently from September 2014 to July 2017. Earlier in their career, Tonya held the position of Manager of Reimbursement and Payer Relations at Emerson Consultants, Inc. from June 2013 to September 2014. Tonya started their career at Conceptus in July 2007, where they served as a Healthcare Affairs Payer Relations Manager until June 2013.

Tonya Barrett has a strong background in healthcare information management and medical coding. Tonya obtained their Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certification from AHIMA. Tonya also completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Health Information Technology / Coding from Rasmussen University. In addition, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Healthcare Management from St. Cloud.
