Danielle Phillips

Danielle Phillips has a diverse work experience in various senior living and management roles. Danielle is currently working as a Sales and Marketing Director at Spring Arbor Senior Living since October 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Executive Director at Discovery Senior Living from August 2021 to October 2023, and as an Executive Director from January 2020 to August 2021. Before joining Discovery Senior Living, they worked at Commonwealth Senior Living as an Executive Director from October 2018 to January 2020, and as an Assistant Executive Director from March 2018 to October 2018. Danielle's earlier experience includes roles at Brookdale, where they worked as a Business Office Manager from July 2017 to March 2018, and as an Admissions Coordinator from July 2016 to July 2017. Danielle started their career at Interbake Foods as a Demand Analyst from October 2012 to July 2016.

Danielle Phillips obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University from 2008 to 2012.
