Susan Chapas

Susan Chapas serves as the Marketing Coordinator at Spring Bank NY since March 2022, where responsibilities include architecting and implementing a social media compliance platform for bank executives and employees and executing the deployment of a new CRM system. Prior experience includes roles as a Marketing & Administrative Specialist at Garden State Prominent Realty, where a CRM was implemented to streamline lead management, and as an NGO Representative with the Nuclear Age Peace Foundation, where significant grant funding was secured. Additionally, Susan worked as a Marketing Liaison at MaxWell Medical, enhancing brand visibility and increasing sales through trade show promotions. Education includes a Full-Stack Software Engineering degree from MIT xPRO.
