AP Guay has a diverse work experience in various counseling and teaching roles. Annie-Pierre (AP) started their career at L'Arrêt-Source as a psychosocial intervenient, providing support to women diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. Annie-Pierre (AP) then worked as a self-employed art therapist, specializing in sex therapy and applying Schema Therapy. Following this, they joined Morneau Shepell as a bilingual client care counselor, providing counseling services in an Employee Assistance Program and supervising other counselors.

Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, Annie-Pierre pursued another Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University.
