Carly Hoffman, MA, LPCC has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Their most recent position is as the Director of Clinical Client Success at Spring Health since October 2022. Carly's earlier experiences include working as a Psychotherapist at Integral Psychotherapy from August 2012 to July 2013, an Intern Therapist at the Neighborhood Involvement Program from September 2010 to August 2012, and as a Healthy Youth-Healthy Communities Specialist at Jewish Family and Children's Service of Minneapolis from June 2007 to July 2011.

Carly's earliest position was at the University of Minnesota, where they served as a Crisis Line Advocate at the Aurora Center for Advocacy and Education from May 2006 to September 2007. In this role, they provided advocacy for victims/survivors of sexual assault and stalking by returning crisis calls, providing resources, and accompanying hospital visits. Carly also obtained certification as a sexual assault counselor during their time at the University of Minnesota.

Carly Hoffman, MA, LPCC has a strong educational background in the field of counseling and mental health. Carly obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Following their undergraduate studies, Carly pursued a Master of Arts degree in Adlerian Counseling and Psychotherapy, as well as Clinical Mental Health Counseling, at Adler Graduate School from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Carly has also obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. Carly became a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in August 2017 through the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy. Prior to that, in January 2013, they earned the title of Licensed Professional Counselor from the same board.

Carly's commitment to professional growth and staying up-to-date with industry knowledge is evident through their certifications. Carly completed the "Cybersecurity at Work" course offered by LinkedIn in October 2022. This certification equips their with the necessary skills to address cybersecurity challenges in their counseling career.
