Kathleen Theisen

Kathleen Theisen has a diverse work experience in various fields. Kathleen currently works at Spring Health as a Clinical Recruiting Manager, where they help individuals and organizations by providing comprehensive mental health solutions. Prior to this, they worked at Helping Hands Family as a Talent Manager, specializing in ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. Kathleen also has experience in talent acquisition, having worked at Behavioral Health Works, Inc. as the Director of Talent Acquisition and previously holding roles such as Associate Director, Manager, Lead Specialist, and Specialist in the same field. Kathleen started their career as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. Additionally, Kathleen has worked as a Human Resources Assistant for the Special Olympics World Games Los Angeles 2015 and as an Assistant Service Manager at 24 Hour Fitness.

Kathleen Theisen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Additionally, in 2016, they obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from UC Irvine.
