Leena K. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) as well as talent development. Currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Employee Experience at Spring Health, Leena has previously held significant positions such as Senior Director of DEIB & Talent Development at Array and Head of DEIB at Citi. Additional roles include VP of Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion & Talent Strategy at Catalyst Inc., and various positions related to diversity strategy at Harvard Business School and the United Nations. Leena holds a Master of Public Health from Harvard University, a Master of Education from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
