Victoria Lathos

Victoria Lathos has extensive work experience in the mental health field. Victoria began their career in 2004 with a private practice in psychotherapy, where they worked as a licensed marriage and family therapist until 2008. From 2008 to 2012, Victoria worked as a mental health clinician at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center. Victoria then joined the County of Santa Barbara as a mental health practitioner from 2012 to 2015. Victoria also worked at Magellan Health as a military and family life counselor from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they briefly worked as a clinical program manager at Trillium Family Services. From 2017 to 2022, Victoria served as a mental health specialist at Linn County Mental Health Services. Victoria then worked as a mental health therapist at BetterHelp.com from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Victoria is a mental health therapist at Spring Health since 2021, and they recently started a position as a mental health therapist at Kaiser Permanente in 2022.

Victoria Lathos holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Counseling Psychology from California State University-Sacramento, which they completed in 1996. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Biological Sciences and Psychology from the University of California, Davis in 1990.
