Chief Experience Officer at Spring

Marlon Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Marlon started their career as a Retail Operations Specialist at Kit and Ace in 2014. In 2015, they became a Business Operations Consultant, providing strategic support to organizations on expanding businesses and teams. Marlon then joined The Next Big Thing CO as a Program Manager in 2017, where they helped identify and empower young entrepreneurs. Marlon later became the Director of Programs at LOI - League of Innovators, a non-profit organization focused on accelerating the pathway to success for the next generation of entrepreneurs. In 2019, Marlon joined Highline Beta as a Program Director before moving on to become an Ambassador and Advisory Council Member at lululemon. In 2020, they founded Future Capital, which was acquired by Spring in 2023. Marlon also served as a Venture Partner at LOI Venture from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Marlon is working as the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at Spring and serves as a Board Member at QueerTech.

Marlon Thompson attended Western University from 2005 to 2009, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree. Marlon'sstudies focused on Political Science, as well as English Language and Literature.
