Rutger Soffers

Rutger Soffers has extensive experience in healthcare transformation and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Healthcare Transformation, Strategy and Policy at CZ since November 2014, where responsibilities include policy advising and leading teams in healthcare innovation. Previously, Rutger held interim management roles, was a product owner for the 'Zorgvinder' application, and managed various projects within the Care division. Additional experience includes roles in festival programming, event guidance, and participation in educational committees at Tilburg University. Rutger holds multiple degrees from Tilburg University, including Master of Science in Economics and Supply Chain Management, and has participated in international voluntary projects.
