Sai Sharan began their career in 2004 as a Sales Representative for Dell Computers. In 2006, they joined PV Reddy & Associates as a Sales Manager. In 2011, they became the Business Manager for Andhra Pradesh at Global Talent Track. In 2013, they took on the role of Lead for Business Partnerships at Husys Consulting Pvt. Ltd. In 2015, they were appointed Senior Manager for Global Sales at Ducere Technologies-Lechal Smart Footwear, where they managed Sales and Distribution across 5 Continents, Account and Client management, Digital Marketing budget, plan and execution, and Lead generation. In 2016, they joined Spring as a Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for P&L, Strategy & Execution, Digital & Social Media Marketing, Customer Success Framework, Community Management, Growth enablement, and Brand Building. Sai achieved a Year on Year growth of 100% in GMV and Daily Active/Successful Users.

Sai Sharan attended Educatis Graduate School of Management from 2010 to 2011 and obtained a Post Graduate Program in Management in Sales & Marketing. Sai then attended Osmania University from 2001 to 2004 and obtained a Bcom Honours degree. In October 2016, they obtained a certification in Social Media Marketing with Facebook and Twitter from Lynda.com.
