Bruce Christensen

Bruce Christensen is an experienced Executive Chef with a notable career spanning over two decades in the culinary industry. Currently serving at Spring Lake Country Club since 2021, Bruce previously held the Executive Chef position at Mirabel Golf Club from September 2017 to 2021, where the club is recognized for its service excellence and prestigious status. Prior to this, Bruce was the Executive Chef at Belfair Plantation from July 2009 to July 2017, a prestigious private community in South Carolina. Bruce's earlier roles include Executive Chef at Forest Hills Country Club in Chesterfield, MO, and Culinary Arts Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu - Brown College, where instruction focused on classical French techniques.
